Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a general template governing use of Sandarivo ("the Service"). They are provided for informational purposes and are not legal advice.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

The Service is intended for creating fictional AI influencers with an apparent age of 18 or older. You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, generate, or distribute content that:

• Depicts minors in any sexualized context, or is otherwise child-sexual material.
• Depicts real people in sexual or intimate contexts without verified lawful consent.
• Depicts non-consensual acts, sexual violence, coercion, incest, or trafficking.
• Depicts bestiality or the sexual exploitation of any person.
• Constitutes harassment, defamation, or targeted abuse.
• Attempts to bypass the Service's safety controls.
• Infringes intellectual-property rights or violates applicable law.

4. Adult Mode

Any optional adult workspace features require explicit opt-in and additional attestations. They are never enabled by default and remain subject to these Terms and our content policy.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Third-party providers

The Service may integrate with third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Those providers may independently reject prompts or content. We do not guarantee any particular provider will accept a given prompt.

7. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans, when available, renew on a recurring basis until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not perform biometric identity verification.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
