Content Policy

Every AI influencer created in the platform must depict a fictional adult whose apparent age is 18 or older. Content that depicts, sexualizes, or implies minors is strictly prohibited, including any young-looking or age-ambiguous sexualized character.

The workspace supports three separate content modes so creators can manage brands appropriately:

• SFW — business, lifestyle, fashion, fitness, beauty, travel, luxury, editorial, wellness, and family-friendly content.
• Mature — glamour, swimwear, lingerie, romantic, boudoir-inspired, and suggestive content. Non-explicit.
• Adult — explicit adult fictional creator workflows, only where legally allowed and only where separately enabled and acknowledged by the account holder. Off by default.

The platform does not support, and will not knowingly assist with:

• Minors or young-looking / age-ambiguous sexualized characters
• Sexualized school-age themes
• Incest, sexual violence, non-consensual content, or coercion
• Bestiality, trafficking, or exploitation
• Sexual deepfakes of real people or public figures
• Stolen intimate imagery
• Content intended to harass, threaten, or blackmail
• Attempts to evade external provider safety systems

Uploading a real person's photograph to create sexualized or explicit content is not permitted without a lawful and verified consent process. During the MVP stage, real-person explicit sexual transformations are prohibited entirely.

Sandarivo helps creators organize and construct prompts. External image, video, AI model, hosting, payment, and social-media providers may impose their own separate restrictions. We do not promise that every generated prompt or piece of content will be accepted by every external provider.

Reporting tools, account suspension controls, and detailed legal disclosures will be expanded in a later stage. Until then, contact the workspace owner directly for urgent concerns.
